Outsiders: Skupina x mappa
In the July mixtape, we take a closer listen to what has been released this year on the experimental music scene in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The show opens with the saddest Slovak love songwriter Bolka and his new album žiadasamy. New releases from Czech labels Poli5 and Ma Records, as well as an organic four-handed organ piece by Irena & Vojtěch Havlovi. And we close with archival recordings from the underground prog-rock band Analgam, organised around Czech drummer and percussionist Vlastimil Marek.
